Guia is the best Italian chef ever! All my guests who experienced her private dinner experience were simply amazed. You can feel and taste her passion in every meal she prepares. She always meticulously searches for the most genuine ingredients on the market. Her attention to details is always at the highest level.The result is genuine meals with a sublime taste. And when it comes to intolerance or allergies, she always has a yummy solution ready for you. Her positive approach also brings an extra smile to the table, which is always very welcome.  

I could not recommend a better chef.

I love the waste-less and true-to-real-tradition approach that runs through Guia’s cooking and catering. It’s not just about the extremely delicious food she prepares and the loving care she puts into everything she does around the meals… it’s also about having a conscientious attitude towards food and where it comes from and where it goes.

Also… the pricing is fair for the value 🤗

Guia was our chef at a private Dinner in Villa in Florence. She braught all necessary , super fresh ingredients and with a very professional approach to an international cuisine, set up a superb dinner for the 12 of us. Guia was professional yet very friendly and open for conversation. I highly recommend her as private chef.

Simpatia, bravura e professionalità non sempre vanno di pari passo, con Guia tutto questo è un connubio perfetto !!! Ingredienti, profumi, gradevolezza ci riportano indietro nel tempo, sapori antichi con l’utilizzo di cose semplici, naturali km0…sempre sorprendente !!!!

Ho un preciso gusto per il cibo cresciuta in una famiglia dove si spadellavano pietanze della tradizione toscana contadina ad ogni pasto . Nella cucina di Guia ritrovo tanti di quei sapori a me cari con un pizzico di novità che ogni volta mi sorprende . Grazie
