Terms of Service

My service includes grocery shopping, cooking, table service in trays, final cleaning (plates and pots and pans) at the
end of the meal.
Service is at the table closest to the kitchen.
In case there is an outside table far away, xes. poolside, a waiter or the cooperation of the Guests is requie.(always
recommended for more than eight guests)
I usually leave Guests at the table to converse after dessert…I do not urge them to get up and give them privacy.
They often take care of the table debris and glass washing…if they get up immediately I finish.
The Client must leave the dining room kitchen clean and dishwasher emptied for the next service of breakfast, lunch or
dinner.
Unfortunately, some guests sometimes confuse the chef’s service with that of a housekeeper, especially when the
housekeeper does not reside in the villa.
In the majority of the Villas where I work there is the housekeeper who opens for me when I arrive and does the daily
housekeeping and collaborates with me for meal service.
I want to emphasize this clearly because I have had in the past cases of very dirty kitchens and dining rooms when I
arrive as well as requests for service in Villas with outside tables far away from the kitchen.
It will of course be possible to accommodate all requests; I emphasize all this because it is necessary for me (for time
and cost) to know the “rules for Guests” of your facilities.
